Pulwama, March 12 (KNO) : Clashes erupted during cordon and search operation in Kakapora area of South kashmir's Pulwama district. Local sources told KNO that soon after forces laid search operation in the area youth took to streets and started pelting stones on government forces which was retaliated by smoking tear smoke and sound shells. Earlier on credible inputs about the presence of militants hiding in the area, joint team of forces launched search operation in the Naman and Laribal villages of the belt. Local sources told KNO amid presence of huge contingents of forces all entry and exit points have been sealed in the area and door to door search operation is going on in the area. Meanwhile search operation amid massive Clashes and pro freedom sloganeering was going on when this report was filled. (KNO)
